Military lawyer. Member of the underground organization "Russian Autonomous Freemasonry" (1923–1926)
Genus. in 1878 in Livland province; nobleman, son of a senator; b/p; He graduated from the Elizavetgrad Cavalry School (1896) and the Faculty of Law of St. Petersburg University (1906). He served from 1901 to 1917 in the Ministry of Justice with the rank of court adviser, at the same time from 1914 to 1917 he was in military service - counterintelligence, with the rank of lieutenant colonel; from 10/05/1917 to 01/15/1918 - in the troops, from 01/01/1918 - in the Red Army. Arrested on July 10, 1918, released by resolution of the Cheka on October 30, 1918. From May 1919 - in the service of the Petrograd District Commissariat for Military Affairs as head of the technical part of the department for popularization and agitation of the ideas of the police system. Lived in Petrograd, Kirochnaya 48/13, apt. 6. Arrested on May 17, 1919 by the Extraordinary Commission for Combating Counter-Revolution and Profiteering of the Union of Communes of the Northern Region. He was kept in the Petrograd DPZ. Released on July 27, 1919. Returned to service, last position - military investigator of the Tribunal of the 11th Rifle Corps. From 1923 to 12/17/1924 - unemployed; from 12/17/1924 to 08/31/1925 - head of personnel at the Kanat factory; from 09/01/1925 to 10/28/1925 - unemployed, after which he went to work as a clerk at a laundry factory. Lived in Leningrad, st. Lasalya, 4/6, apt. 4. Arrested in May 1924 and released after interrogation, again arrested by the OGPU PP in the Leningrad Military District on July 15, 1925, released on signature. Charged under Art. 16, 120, 169, 187 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Summoned for questioning on February 12, 1926, released on his own recognizance. On April 16, 1926, a search was carried out. By a resolution of the OS at the OGPU Collegium dated June 18, 1926, he was sentenced to 3 years in concentration camps. 06/23/1926 sent to the Solovetsky camps. By the resolution of the Kogpu dated December 23, 1927, the amnesty period was reduced by 1/4. By the resolution of the OSO KOGPU dated 08/24/1928, upon completion of the term, he was expelled through the OGPU PP to Kazakhstan for a period of 3 years, after which on 08/31/1928 he was sent to Kzyl-Orda.
