Genus. in 1901 in Kirovabad; Armenian; non-partisan. Engineer-economist of the Optical-Mechanical Plant (GOMZ named after OGPU). Lived in Leningrad (Rubinshteina str., 23, apt. 59). Arrested 04/08/1938. On August 28, 1938, the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor's Office of the USSR sentenced under Art. Art. 58-6-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on September 6, 1938. Rehabilitated on November 4, 1957 by the military tribunal of the Leningrad Military District. 03/22/2015 at house No. 23 on the street. Rubinstein in memory of Avalyan E.-A.A. A personal memorial sign was installed as part of the "Last Address" project.
