Worked as a steelmaking shop foreman at the Izhora plant, dismissed on May 15, 1936. Arrested 06/07/1936. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on October 10, 1936 under Art. 58-8, 10 to VMN. Shot on October 10, 1936, burial place - Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on March 30, 1957.
10/16/2016 at house No. 42 on Vosstaniya Street in memory of R.R. Andreev. A personal memorial sign was installed as part of the "Last Address" project.
