Charged under Art. 58-7,58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By the verdict of the Exit Session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated 05/08/1937, he was sentenced to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 09/08/1937. By the decision of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR of September 15, 1956, the verdict was canceled and the case was dismissed. Rehabilitated posthumously.
