Genus. 01/21/1898 in Riga; Pole; b/p. Higher education (graduated from the Leningrad Technological Institute in 1936). Before the revolution, an employee of the Treasury Chamber of St. Petersburg. He served in the Red Army in the period 1918-1921 in the partisan detachment of the city of Kingisepp. In 1925 he was exiled from Leningrad to Kazakhstan for 3 years for complicity with the Bolsheviks.
Arrested 09/21/1937. Contained in the GUGB Tape Prison. He was accused of wrecking activities at the Economizer plant. Sentenced by the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor's Office of the USSR on 10/28/1937 under Art. 58-7 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot on 11/01/1937.
Rehabilitated VT LenVO 08.12.1958.
