Babikov Yury Artemevich
Born on 04/06/1931. In 1945 he studied at the school of the city of Bogdanovich, Sverdlovsk region. After graduation, he worked at the Tashselmash plant. 03/2/1962 convicted, 11/30/1964 rehabilitated by the Presidium of the Tashkent Regional Court. 11/15/1964 dismissed due to staff reduction. Worked in SredazNIIGAZ. Arrested on 07/17/1975 on charges of article 191-4 of the Criminal Code of Uzbek. SSR ("dissemination of deliberately false fabrications discrediting the social system of the USSR"), released on 04/20/1977. Rehabilitated by the collegium of the Supreme Court of the Uzbek SSR on 09/19/1989.
The author of the idea (invention) "Ecology of the soul", which is based on the postulate: everyone is equal before the truth; as well as the ideas of the decree "On the equality of all before the truth." As of January 1993, he lived in Tashkent.
