The Economist (1930).
Born 08/13/1889 Siverskaya Leningrad region in the family of a large financial employee of a private insurance company. Graduated from the University (Faculty of Law). Non-partisan. The manager worked planning department of the Research Institute of Ceramics. He was arrested on February 17, 1930 in connection with the case of his father I.P. Azbelev. He was released due to lack of evidence.
Arrested by the Leningrad Region NKVD on warrant No. 3234 03/09/1935. He was considered by the investigative authorities as a class-alien anti-Soviet element. On March 11, 1935, the USSR NKVD OSO was sentenced to deportation to Irgiz, Aktobe region. for five years with a reporting period from 03/10/1935.
Rehabilitated by the conclusion of the Leningrad Prosecutor's Office on August 30, 1989.
