Genus. 04/13/1902 in the city of Libava, Courland province; Russian; lower education (seven-year school). Member of the CPSU (b) in 1929–1936. He served in the Red Army as a machinist in 1919-1921, and as a senior machinist in the Black Sea naval forces in 1922-1925.
Arrested by the UNKVD LO on 10.21.1936 (according to the search and arrest protocol), or on 10.30.1936 (according to the questionnaire of the arrested DPZ UNKVD LO).
Sentenced on December 30, 1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 58-8, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years in prison with five years of loss of rights and confiscation of property. In custody in Solovetsky prison. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/14/1937 to VMN. Shot on November 1, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic).
Rehabilitated on December 3, 1957 by a ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
