Gutkin Mark Iosifovich
Dental technician
Born in 1912 in Malaya Vishera; in a family of a doctor; graduated from seven classes of a school for the deaf and dumb and a technical school for dental prosthetics; no n / a; member of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League, from which he was expelled in 1935. Member of the Society of the Deaf and Dumb (VOG). Dental technician at an outpatient clinic. Lived in Leningrad, Kirpichny Lane, Bldg. 6, Apt. 21. He was accused under Articles 17-58-8 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR of participating in an anti-Soviet fascist terrorist organization created among the deaf and dumb of Leningrad. Sentenced by the decision of the Special Troika of the NKVD Directorate for the Leningrad Region on 12/19/1937 to 10 years in a correctional labor camp. He was rehabilitated and released in 1940.
