4. Letter of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region No. 35/16-22-2582 dated 04/28/2003 (response to No. 059 dated 03/21/2003) addressed to the director of the Memorial Research Center on the conviction of G.M. Blekov. Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR 04/29/1949 under Art. 58-7, 58-9, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for a term of 10 years of imprisonment with subsequent loss of rights for 5 years and his release on 07/28/1947, as well as his re-conviction on 07/25/1949 under Art. 58-7, 58-9, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to a link to a special settlement in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, with subsequent release on 09/08/1954 and about the direction of his archival file in 1990 to the Criminal Code of the Primorsky Territory and the finding of information about the storage of archival files in Information Center of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as well as on the conviction of Gringlaz A.G. Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Leningrad City Court under Art. 58-10 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years of imprisonment with loss of rights for 3 years, reduction of the term by a Special Meeting at the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs of November 14, 1942 for 1 year and the release of A.G. Gringlaz. 06.11.1947, as well as about the location of his archival file in the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
