Head of the Research Institute of Military Shipbuilding of the Directorate of Naval Forces of the Red Army, Flag Officer 2nd Rank. Lived in Leningrad, st. Kalyaeva, 31, apt. 8. Arrested 07/11/1937. On February 22, 1938, at a visiting session of the Supreme Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces in Leningrad, he was sentenced under Art. Art. 58-1-8-11 Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN. Shot in Leningrad on February 22, 1938. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the USSR on January 21, 1956.
