Genus. in 1874 in Kaluga. Higher education, worked as a deputy. Chairman of the Electrification Section of the USSR State Planning Committee. Arrested 07/10/1930. Convicted by the OGPU Collegium on March 18, 1931 under Art. 58-7, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN. By a resolution of the OGPU Collegium of November 28, 1931, the execution was replaced by 10 years in labor camp. 07/31/1933 released early. Rehabilitated by the USSR Prosecutor's Office on December 2, 1989.
