Lived in Slutsk (now Pavlovsk), st. Kommunarov, 16, apt. 1. Arrested on March 26, 1938 by the NKVD in the Leningrad Region. Charged under Art. 58-6 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By a resolution of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor dated August 28, 1938, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on September 6, 1938 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the ruling of the Leningrad Military Tribunal dated February 17, 1958.
09/16/2018 in Pavlovsk at house No. 8 on Berezovaya Street in memory of Glokov V.-L.Ya. A personal memorial sign was installed as part of the "Last Address" project.
