Genus. in 1898 in the village of Grebni, Opochetsky district, Pskov province; Pole; b/p. Economist-planner at Lensnabosoaviakhim. Lived in Leningrad, st. Tchaikovskogo, 63, apt. 36. Arrested 10/28/1937. P sentenced by the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor's Office of the USSR on November 22, 1937 under Art. 58-6-9 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot in Leningrad on November 27, 1937. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Military District on April 21, 1958.
02.12.2018 at house No. 63 on Tchaikovsky Street in St. Petersburg in memory of P.I. Vysotsky. A personal memorial sign was installed as part of the "Last Address" project.
