The book is a continuation of a series of documentary collections that covered individual pages of the history of Tomsk, the Tomsk province and the Tomsk region.
This collection includes documents from 1917-1921, telling about the formation of Soviet power in the territory of the Tomsk province. The documents tell about the forms and methods of strengthening power, the dramatic events of the implementation of food policy and the suppression of dissent, as well as the resistance of part of the population of the province to the processes of Bolshevisation of society.
The collection, in addition to archival documents, includes newspaper materials. Most documents are published for the first time.
The book is intended for a wide range of readers: university and school teachers, students and pupils.

Collection of documents and materials.
The book continues the series of documentary collections addressing the content of the dramatic pages of the history of the Tomsk region in the twentieth century.
The collection presents documents that introduce the reader to the so far poorly studied events of socio-political life on the territory of the Tomsk province in 1921-1924. The publication focuses on the economic and political situation in the province, the content, forms and methods of state policy in the city and in the countryside, mass repressions against various social strata and groups, and the population as a whole.
The vast majority of documents are published for the first time.
The book is intended for a wide range of readers: specialists, young people, everyone interested in the history of Siberia and Russia in Soviet times.

The book continues the series of documentary publications dedicated to the history of the Tomsk region in the 30s of the twentieth century. It presents archival documents introducing the reader to the events of social and political life on Tomsk land in 1930 - the first half of 1933.
The publication focuses on collectivization, special resettlement of “dispossessed” peasants to the northern regions of the Narym region, the real mechanism of the activities of local government bodies, the tightening of political repression in the region in the emergency conditions of the “great turning point”.

Collection of documents and materials.
The book is a continuation of a series of documentary collections that covered individual pages of the history of Tomsk, the Tomsk province and the Tomsk region.
This collection includes documents that tell mainly about the history of the formation and further life of the Siberian village of Bialystok, founded by Polish settlers 100 years ago in the north of the Tomsk province. Archival documents tell about the development of a section of the remote taiga of the former Narym district by migrant grain growers, about the difficult life of a peasant worker in the pre-revolutionary years, about the dramatic events of the times of change of power and forms of ownership in the 20s, about the years of collectivization and the suppression of any resistance to the arbitrariness of local authorities and the processes of Bolshevisation of society as a whole, the suppression of even minor dissent and national identity in the life of the Polish rural population in the 1930s, as well as the massive political repressions of 1937-38, the victims of which were almost the entire male population of the village.
The collection, in addition to archival documents, included as appendices established lists of residents of the village of Bialystok and surrounding villages who were repressed in the 1930s, a list of fellow villagers who died at the front during the Great Patriotic War, a list of those awarded the medal “For Valiant Labor during the Great Patriotic War” war”, as well as a bibliography of publications from 1989-1997. in foreign and Russian periodicals about the history of the village of Bialystok and the fate of its inhabitants.
The publication was carried out for the centenary of the village.
