Deibner Nikolay Leontyevich
Genus. in 1873 in St. Petersburg; from the nobles; home education - secondary; married; b/p. Lived in Leningrad on Kanonersky Lane. 3, apt., 2. Before the revolution - organizer and chairman of the board of the St. Petersburg Union of the Deaf and Mutes. In 1937 he was a pensioner. Arrested on October 14, 1937, he was accused of participating in an anti-Soviet fascist terrorist organization created among the deaf and dumb of Leningrad. Sentenced by the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO on December 19, 1937 under Art. Art. 17-58-8; 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot in Leningrad on December 24, 1937. Rehabilitated by the definition of the Leningrad Military District of 06.12.1955.
