Genus. in 1902 in the village. Lebedyan Streletsko-Zadonskaya settlement, Tambov province; Higher education - general practitioner. Head of the Human Resources Department of the Leningrad City Health Department. Arrested in October 1937. Sentenced 02/27/1938   visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years of labor camp with loss of rights for 5 years with confiscation of property personally belonging to him. In custody in Kolyma. Since 1947, he worked as the head of the medical unit of one of the largest mining enterprises in the Indigirka region. Sentenced in June 1951 by a special meeting at the USSR Ministry of State Security to exile. Returned to Leningrad in September 1954.   In 1955 he was rehabilitated and reinstated into the CPSU. He died in 1957 in Leningrad.
