Elesin Grigory Ivanovich
Genus. in 1891. In 1935 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Communications Engineers (LIIS). Appointed head of the communications center in Murmansk. Arrested on December 7, 1937 by the Murmansk district department of the NKVD, accused under Art. 58-7, 58-10 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. The prosecutor's office of the Murmansk region dismissed the criminal case for lack of evidence of a crime, and by decision of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated February 11, 1939, he was released. Rehabilitated. In July 1941 he was drafted into the army, demobilized in July 1947 with the rank of engineer-captain.
