Definition: Actor of the Leningrad Drama Theater of the Kirov Railway.

Born in 1901 in Toksovo, St. Petersburg Governorate; Russian; no name. Served in the Red Army in 1920-1921. Studied in the workshop of L.S. Vivien at the Leningrad Institute of Performing Arts. There he met Anisya Rybkina, who became his wife; in 1930 their daughter Natalya was born. He worked in the Red Army Theater, in the "Theater under the direction of Vivien", and the Railway Transport Theater. Lived in Leningrad, Voinova St., Bldg. 38, Apt. 11. Arrested on January 29, 1938. Sentenced by the Special Troika of the NKVD Directorate of the Leningrad Region on March 10, 1938 under Articles 17-58-8, 58-10-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 18 March 1938. His wife and daughter were exiled from Leningrad to Rybinsk. V.D. Lapin's daughter, Natalya Lartseva, published the book "The Shot Theater" (1998), collecting materials about repressed theater figures.
