Born September 7, 1901 in the locality of Opalin, Gushchanskaya volost, Vladimir-Volynsky district, Volyn province (Poland). In 1920-1924 he served in the Red Army. Member of the Komsomol, in 1923 he was expelled for belonging to the Trotskyist platform on the issue of the NEP. Graduated from the evening Workers' Construction College (Leningrad), according to other sources - the institute (1933). From 1925 to the early 1930s he worked at the St. Petersburg plant "Red Treugolnik", then as the head of the design group of the 228th military construction site . Lived in   Leningrad, Khalturin st., bldg. 6, apt. 25.   Arrested on September 28, 1937, accused of espionage for Poland. On January 17, 1938, he was sentenced by the Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor's Office under Article 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Executed on January 25, 1938. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Military District Military District on April 7, 1958.
