Genus. in 1904 in Khabarovsk; higher education - graduated from the Institute of Red Professors (1931); member of the CPSU (b) since 1922; head of the department at the Komvuz named after Stalin. Head of the Central House of party activists of the Leningrad Civil Code of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. Lived in Leningrad. Arrested 08/12/1936. On October 15, 1936, he was sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR to 5 years in labor camp. Imprisoned in Norillag, he worked at a logging site. Released in June 1941. Rehabilitated on March 16, 1964 by the Leningrad City Court.
