Genus. 03/29/1911 in the city of Paide, Estonian province. Secondary medical and secondary agronomic education, higher education - economist. Lived in Leningrad. Lecturer at the Institute of the Peoples of the North of the Main Northern Sea Route. Arrested 09/26/1937. Sentenced to fast. OS of the NKVD of the USSR for 8 years in the camps. Imprisoned in Knyazhpogost, Ukhta, from June 1938 in Vorkuta (Vorkuta-Vom). Released on April 4, 1947 without the right to leave. He worked at the Central Hospital of Vorkuta until 1960. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad City Court in 1956. Lived in Leningrad, member of the Memorial Society since 1988. Died in St. Petersburg on July 29, 1993.
