Reproduction methods:
Born in 1884 in the Lipka settlement of Brezinsky district of Petrokovskaya province; from the nobility; Polish; no name. Mathematics teacher at the Russian Diesel plant. Lived in Leningrad (21 Dostoevsky St., Apt. 6). Arrested on 21 August 1937. Sentenced by the resolution of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor on 31 August 1937 under Articles 58-10, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Executed on 4 September 1937. Rehabilitated in 1989 by the Leningrad Military District Military Prosecutor's Office.
On March 5, 2017, a personal memorial sign was installed on house No. 27 on Dostoevsky Street in memory of V.L. Obukhovsky as part of the Last Address project.
