Pocheptsov Nikolay Andreevich
Born in 1911 in Pskov; Russian; no name. Student at the Leningrad Refrigeration Institute. Lived in Leningrad, 8th Sovetskaya St., Bldg. 54a, Apt. 35. Arrested on 14 October 1937. Sentenced on 10 December 1937 by a special troika of the Leningrad Regional Directorate of the NKVD under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 14 December 1937.
