Born in 1874. Graduated from the Real School of Railway Transport in St. Petersburg. Inspector of railway vocational education. Lived in Tbilisi, Plekhanov Ave. (former Mikhailovsky Prospect), 91, apt. 4. Sentenced on July 25, 1923 by the decision of the Collegium of the Transcaucasian Cheka to capital punishment "for counterrevolutionary activity". Rehabilitated in 1992 in accordance with paragraph 1 of the Decree of the State Council of the Republic of Georgia dated May 25, 1992.
