Rusteiko Julian Julianovich
Born in 1889 in the village of Shulgino, Tambov province; Russian. Worked as the head of a subsidiary enterprise of the construction corps. Lived in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur , Far Eastern Territory. And arrested by the UGB UNKVD for the Far Eastern Territory on 03.05.1937. Sentenced on 16.04.1938 by the visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Articles 58-1a, 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. He was executed on 16.04.1938 in Khabarovsk. He was rehabilitated by the decision of the Military Commission of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 28.11.1956.
