Rybakov Pavel Vasilievich
Born in 1904 in Kostroma. Lived in Leningrad, Kronverkskaya St., Bldg. 23/59, Apt. 32. Worked as senior expert at the Expert Bureau of Inventions of the People's Commissariat of Heavy Machinery. Arrested on August 22, 1937 by the NKVD Directorate for Leningrad Oblast. Sentenced on February 17 , 1938 by an off-site session of the Military Commission of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Articles 58-7, 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in a labor camp with disqualification for 5 years. Died in custody in Kolyma on February 7, 1941. Rehabilitated by the decision of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated June 23, 1956.
On July 14, 2024, a personal memorial sign was installed on house No. 29 on Kronverkskaya Street in St. Petersburg in memory of P.V. Rybakov as part of the Last Address project.
