Rogatkin Ivan Fedorovich

Born in 1894 in the village of Zolotoe, Saratov Governorate. Lived in Leningrad. Worked as director of the Pnevmatika plant. In the late 1930s he was exiled to the city of Bairam-Ali, Turkmen SSR . Worked as the head of a carpentry workshop at the Bairam-Ali construction office. Sentenced on September 27, 1941 to 5 years' imprisonment. Died around 1943. Rehabilitated by the decision of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the Turkmen SSR dated May 23, 1962.
