Rosset Dmitry Dmitrievich
Born in 1889 in St. Petersburg; Russian; from the nobility; education - 6 classes of the Commercial College, Advanced Training Courses for Command Staff (KUNS) and Advanced Training Courses for Senior Command Staff (KUVNAS) at the Air Force Academy; member of the All-Union Communist Party (bolsheviks) in 1920-1937. Military Commissar and head of the political department of the 3rd Airborne Brigade of the Leningrad Military District, brigade commissar. Lived in the city of Pushkin, Leningrad Region, Kikvidze Blvd., Bldg. 1, Apt. 27. Arrested on 17.12.1937. Sentenced on 25.02.1938 by the Visiting Session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad under Art. 58-1b-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 25.02.1938. Rehabilitated by the Military Commission of the USSR Armed Forces on 13.07.1957.
