Razumov Nikolay Ivanovich
Director of the Mining Department (1915-1917), Actual State Councilor
Born in 1870 in the town of Vetluga, Kostroma province; from peasants; higher education - graduated from Kazan University in 1893. From 1895 he served in the St. Petersburg District Court, from 1897 - in the Committee of Ministers, in 1910 - head of the department, in 1910-1917 - vice-director, in 1915-1917 - director of the Mining Department, actual state councilor (since 1914). After the revolution he retired. Worked in Baku at the former Nobel factories and in other places. He was arrested in 1923, released two months later. Lived in Leningrad. Arrested on 16.03.1935. By decision of a special meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on 20.03.1935, as a socially dangerous element, he was expelled from Leningrad with deprivation of the right to reside in 15 locations without specifying a term. In exile in Voronezh, then in the village of Bolshaya Vishera.
