Rutsky David Ruvimovich
Born in 1898 in the city of Bialystok, Grodno Governorate; Belarusian; basic education. Served in the Red Army in the Political Department. Worked as a recruiter, length of service - 25 years. Lived in Moscow, Vorontsovskaya St., Bldg. 30, Apt. 43. Arrested on 21.05.1936. Sentenced on 02.07.1937 by the Special Conference of the NKVD of the USSR for counterrevolutionary activity to 5 years of imprisonment, the term began on 21.10.1936. He was in Butyrka prison from 21.10.1936 to 10.07.1937, in Vologda prison from 12.07.1937 to 11.07.1939, arrived from Soroklag to Saratov ITL on 13.06.1942. He died in the prison hospital of Saratov ITL UNKVD USSR on 30.08.1942. Rehabilitated by Moscow City Court on 28.07.1958.
