Kool Adolf Ioganovich
Born in 1899 in Kunda, Wesenberg District, Estland Governorate; Estonian; higher education - graduated from the Leningrad Metallurgical Institute; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1919–1937. Director of the Volkhov Aluminum Plant, member of the Council under the People's Commissariat of Heavy Industry of the USSR. In 1937 - senior engineer at the Polevskoy Cryolite Plant in the Sverdlovsk Region. Arrested on 10 August 1937 (according to other sources - 5 June 1937), escorted to Leningrad. Sentenced by the Military Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on 25 February 1938 under Articles 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. He was executed in Leningrad on 25 February 1938. Rehabilitated by the Military Commission of the USSR Armed Forces on 10.08.1957 (according to other sources – in 1961).
