At the end of October 2005, Days of Polish Culture and Memory, organized by the Tomsk National Center "White Eagle", were held in the village of Belostok. They were timed to coincide with the Day of Remembrance of Victims of Political Repression. Two steles with memorial plaques were installed near the monument to the repressed and war-time natives of the village, erected in 2003.

- Leoyachek Sergey - director of the ensemble "Siberian Krakowiak" from Khakassia;
- Pronsky Viktor - a native of the village of Belostok, at whose expense a memorial plaque was erected with the text of the order for the rehabilitation of the village residents executed in 1938;
- Yuri Sevostyanov - head of the rural administration of the village of Belostok;
- Vasily Khanevich is a native of the village, head of the White Eagle, and co-chairman of the Tomsk Memorial.
