In 1930 graduated from the institute. Sent to Khabarovsk, to the Railway Department. Before the arrest, the head of the energy sector of Daltransproekt. Arrested 09/24/1937. Sentenced by the Decree of the Supreme Commissariat of the Armed Forces of the USSR dated 10.04.1938. under article No. 58-6,7,11 to 25 years in prison.
