On the consecration of the Church of the New Martyrs and Confessors of the Russian Church, erected in memory of the victims of Stalin's repressions on Kashtachnaya Gora in Tomsk. The church is part of the memorial complex "Tomsk Golgotha", created on the site of mass graves from the 1920s-1940s. In the future, a large church complex is planned to be built on this site. The memory of the victims of repressions is supported by the Tomsk Society "Memorial", which in 1989 conducted the first excavations on Kashtachnaya and discovered the remains of those executed. The church will become a symbol of perpetuating the memory and the right to restore the history of thousands of innocent victims.
