Solomonov Yitzchok Medelevich
Mechanic at the Krasnaya Zvezda plant (born in 1937)
Born in 1906 in Vitebsk; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1932-1933, expelled by the Oktyabrsky District Purge Commission. Member of the Society of the Deaf. Worked as a fitter-mechanic at the Krasnaya Zvezda plant. Lived in Leningrad, Krasnaya St., Building 55, Apt. 10. Accused under Articles 17-58-8 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR of participating in an anti-Soviet fascist terrorist organization created among the deaf-mutes of Leningrad. Sentenced by the decision of the Special Troika of the NKVD Directorate for the Leningrad Region on 12/19/1937 to 10 years in a correctional labor camp. Released in 1940. After the Great Patriotic War, he lived in Moscow. Died in 1979.
