Stepan Petr Yakovlevich
Born in 1876 in the Dolina estate, Vendensky district, Livonia province; Latvian; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Worked as a warehouse inspector at Lensnabnarpit. Lived in Leningrad, Maklina Ave., 19/55, apt. 132. Arrested on 03/02/1938. Sentenced on 25/03/1938 by the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor of the USSR under Art. 58-6-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 01/04/1938. Rehabilitated by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District on 18/11/1963.
On July 12, 2020, a personal memorial sign was installed on house No. 19/55 on English Avenue in St. Petersburg in memory of Stepan P. Ya. as part of the Last Address project.
