Genus. in 1903 at the Vindava station of the Vindava district of the Courland province, Latvian, member of the CPSU (b) from 1926 to 1938. Lived in Moscow. He worked at the plant named after Lepse, Stakhanovite, secretary of the Komsomol organization of the plant, founder of the Komsomol youth commune from the workers of the plant. 3rd year student of the Moscow Law Institute.Arrested on March 19, 1938. on charges of espionage. Convicted under Article 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR by a resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR to 8 years in labor camp. He died in prison in the Sevzheldorlag of the Komi ASSR on 11/18/1938. He was rehabilitated by the decision of the Military Tribunal of the Moscow Military District dated April 26, 1956.
