Genus. in 1899 in the city of Kamenets-Podolsk in the family of a farm laborer. He graduated from the 2nd grade of the parochial school. After the revolution he went to Chemirovtsy and in 1924 joined the party. February 1925 - driver at the Party Committee, June - first secretary. Since 1930 - at work in the NKVD, senior commissioner in the border detachment. In 1935 he was transferred to Kamenets-Podolsk. Reassigned to Ukhta, Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, as head of the 2nd oil field. In 1942 he was expelled from the party and deprived of the title of Art. Lieutenant of State Security. After letters to the regional party committee and Beria, he was reinstated in the party in 1943 and called up to the front. Died 07/21/1944.
