Born in 1904 in Zhitomir; Jewish; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Worked as a driver for the 2nd base of Mosavtogruz. Lived in Moscow, Kropotkinskaya Embankment, Building 13, dormitory of the 2nd park of Mosavtogruz. Arrested on March 27, 1938.

Sentenced on 16.09.1938 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on charges of participation in a counter-revolutionary terrorist organization to capital punishment. Executed on 16.09.1938 in Moscow, burial place - Kommunarka. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 06.06.1957.
