Born September 16, 1895 in Yekaterinoslav (now the city of Dnepr), in the family of an engineer-technologist; education: Commercial School of the Harbin Society of the Chinese Railway in 1915, accelerated course of the Nikolaev Engineering School. On September 15, 1916 he entered the engineering troops as an ensign in the Reserve Electrical Engineering Battalion, and from March 23, 1917 in the 10th Siberian Engineering Regiment. As part of the regiment, on August 8, 1917 he crossed the border with Austria. Commander of the Technical Battalion from July 23, 1917.

Lived in Czechoslovakia, in Prague, Lobkovitsova square, no. 10. Arrested on 14.05.1945. Sentenced on 11.07.1945 by the Military Tribunal of the 7th Guards Army under Art. 58-2, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR as a member of the organization "Gallipoli fellow countrymen" as part of the "Russian Military Union" to 8 years in a labor camp, with confiscation of property. Imprisoned in Karlag. Died in a settlement on 29.07.1953.
