Fette Vladimir Ivanovich
Born in 1895 in Moscow; German; no military service. Graduated from the Oranienbaum School of Ensigns in 1915. Ensign in the army infantry. Served in the 236th Borisoglebsk Infantry Regiment; lieutenant. In 1937 - Chief of Staff of the 5th Division of Barrage Balloons of the Leningrad Air Defense. Lived in Leningrad. Arrested on 14.08.1937. Sentenced on 25.08.1937 by the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor of the USSR under Art. 58-1-b of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot on 27.08.1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 11.06.1957.
