Born 07.01.1883 in Akhalkalaki, Georgian SSR. Served his sentence in Orel as an administratively exiled member of the Dashnaktsutyun party. Arrested 23.09.1935. He was accused of leading a counterrevolutionary group of Dashnaks, calling on its members to fight for the implementation of the ideas of the Dashnak party, conducting anti-Soviet propaganda aimed at discrediting the leadership of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), the government and their activities, i.e. committing crimes under Art. 58, paragraphs 10 and 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced on 03.02.1936 by a Special Conference of the NKVD of the USSR to 3 years in prison. Sentenced to the Suzdal prison of the ON NKVD. No information about his subsequent fate. Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Oryol Region on 17.03.1989.
