Born in 1875 in St. Petersburg; Russian. Assistant to the head of the secretariat of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Lived in Leningrad, Fonarny per., bldg. 3, apt. 2. Arrested on 07.12.1929 by the OGPU for the Leningrad Region, charged under Art. 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced by the resolution of the Troika of the PP OGPU in the LVO dated 10.02.1931 to 10 years in a concentration camp, with confiscation of property. Rehabilitated on 30.06.1989 by the Leningrad City Prosecutor's Office.
