Fedorov Vasily Grigorievich
Born in 1921 in Petrograd; Russian. On 2 October 1940 he was drafted into the army by the Volodar RVC, as a private. On 2 August 1941 he was captured near Minsk; according to other sources, he was captured in August 1942. He was released on 9 May 1945. In 1946 he was discharged from the army. He was arrested on 8 December 1947. In custody in Vorkutlag. He played for the VMZ (Vorkuta Mechanical Plant) football team. He was released on 3 November 1955 by the Decree of 17 September 1955, with the removal of his criminal record and disqualification. He returned to Leningrad.
