Born in 1898 in St. Petersburg (according to the house register - in Kielce Province), Polish. Lived in Leningrad (Mokhovaya St., bldg. 27/29, apt. 219). A mechanic, before his arrest he worked as a garage manager at Plant No. 619. Arrested on April 12, 1944. Sentenced by the Military Tribunal of the NKVD troops of the Leningrad Region on June 5, 1944, to 10 years' imprisonment. Rehabilitated by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District on August 5, 1957. Died in 1965.
