Genus. in 1888 in Vitebsk; Jew; higher education; member of the CPSU(b) since 1917; writer. Lived in Moscow, Lebyazhiy lane, 2, apt. 43. Arrested on January 27, 1935. Sentenced by the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR in March 1935 to 5 years in the NKVD Special Purpose ITL. He was kept in the Verkhneuralsk special prison. Transferred to Moscow on September 4, 1936.
Sentenced by the USSR Military Command on June 2, 1937. on charges of participation in the k.-r. organizations to VMN. Shot on June 3, 1937. Burial place - Moscow, Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated on August 15, 1957. VKVS USSR.
