Born in 1911 in the town of Novosil, Kursk (now Oryol) region; from the bourgeoisie; Russian; higher education - graduated from the Leningrad Mining Institute in 1937; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) from 1932 to 1949. Secretary of the Leningrad City Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Lived in Leningrad, Petra Lavrova St., Bldg. 46, Apt. 3. Arrested on September 2, 1949 in the so-called "Leningrad Case". Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on October 27, 1950 on charges of participating in a counter-revolutionary subversive organization to capital punishment. Shot on October 27, 1950 in Moscow. Burial place - Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated by the Military Commission of the Supreme Court of the USSR on May 14, 1954.
