Genus. in 1892 in the village. Tarlykovka, Zelmansky district, Saratov region. In accordance with the Decree of the PVS of the USSR dated August 28, 1941, he was expelled from Leningrad in 1941 as a person of German nationality, evacuated to the city of Kostroma, where he was from 1941 to 1945. From 1945 to 1946 - in a special settlement in evacuation in Yaroslavl. From 1946 to 05/31/1954 - in a special settlement in Novosibirsk. Deregistered by decree of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs dated April 26, 1959. Based on clause "c" of Art. 3 of the Law of the RSFSR of October 18, 1991, rehabilitated.
