Born 10/23/1894 in St. Petersburg Member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since January 1918. Studied at the Academy. Frunze (1921-1923). Arrested 12/30/1937. Convicted by the Supreme Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on September 20, 1938, according to the words of the KGB duty officer, to 10 years without the right to correspondence. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on 03/07/1956.
